Beautiful Earth - What Are We Doing

Full Title: 'Beautiful Earth (What Are We Doing to You?) #2' One of a series of meditations on our beautiful planet and how we treat it. The work on which this series is based was originally a commission from my former department of Politics and International Studies at Warwick University, and hangs as a 3'x4' framed Giclée print in the Meetings Room there. I took this original piece and worked on it again in order to express my anguish at the current state of things. The earth is, after all, still so beautiful, and we will (rightly) never be forgiven by those who follow us, if the (our) 21st Century generations allow things to keep on deteriorating.
