Street light at sunset
Wm Thomas Mills
My photography class was struggling on a field trip to find things to photograph. After many suggestions, late in the day I noticed the sun approaching the level of the lights at River Park in Tulsa. I set my tripod so students could see the effect of the sun behind the globe of the gaslight. I managed to squeeze off 4 shots before having to stand aside. This image only lasted a couple of minutes before the angles were gone.
Black and white image, original on Plus-x, scanned and printed on archival matt paper using the Epson Ultrachrome K3 inkset.
