"Eggplant Extravaganza"

It's true I love eggplant, so you can imagine the thrill I had when I went to Winn-Dixie and saw not only the usual deep purple Italian one, but his cousins too! Of course I had to get a few of each for a painting, but don't worry, no eggplants were wasted in this project, they were all quite delicious...
