 I was born in Switzerland and have been living some years in the Southern of Spain. The light of Andalucia and the inspirement of the beautiful country has become for my Art-Work an essential part of my life. The nature, seascapes and the exeptional lights of sunsets have been always fascinating me.
But also by different international workshops with famos painters like "Jim Kosvanec and Robert Wade" helped me to improve my paintings and to develop my own style of luminous watercolours. Acrylic and Encaustic-Waxpainting have been influenced aswell of the Colorwheel studied with Jim Kosvanec in Mexico.
Encaustic art (wax painting) has given my work a new dimension. This creative medium allows me to work on different basic material such as water colour paper, canvas or the special encaustic paper. Thanks to the light-fast colours, I am able to create absolutely fantastic art work.
Thus, encaustic art fills me with great pleasure and satisfaction which I have started to share in Spain "Imagination and Colors" is my goal for my future"
