This fun chicken painting is Original Folk Art Painting on Wood.
It is 7-1/4" x 7-1/4" and painted on 5/8" thick solid pine wood.
I like my paintings to show off the characteristics of the wood, so I leave the sides stained wood and on many pieces you can see the wood knots on the surface and sides. The knots and wood grains are intentional and give a uniqueness to each piece. Pictures are taken in sunlight so you see glare on the wood grains. Colors will vary according to your monitor.
This painting weighs about 1 lb.
Painting is signed on front, signed, dated, titled and numbered on back. No need for framing, ready to hang.
