The weight of the coin with the mount is 33.07 grams. This gold doubloon is being offered exclusively with a 14 karat gold chain replica of the Spanish gold chains recovered from the 1622 shipwrecks of the "Margarita" and the "Atocha". The chain is a total of 27 1/2" long. This 1 oz. pure gold coin was stamped in the mid 1700's with a Spanish coin makeing technique dating back to 1536.
