Did I Tell You Recycled

In the Recycled Art Project, I’ve taken some of my older work, and ‘recycled’ it.
I’ve found a way to reuse these older works to create something new. In some cases, I’ve used my first printmaking pieces as source images, other times, older landscapes. Some of the original pieces are almost 20 years old. I’ve also used work from my Rorschach Inspired series.
I’ve poked, prodded, pushed, and pulled these older pieces until they became something quite different to what they started out as. In a sense, it is recycled art—but while it has double the value (I’ve worked on it twice), it is not double the price.
I decided to make an affordable line of work aimed at donating a portion to a good cause.
This art is separate to my contemporary landscapes and the rest of the work found on my website, and is priced differently as well.
Bottom line: something cool for your walls, something cool for humanity.
