	Bejeweled Beauty Maggie Ruth (see more by this artist) This beautiful 12X12" original abstract painting is appropriate for residential or corporate environments. Executed in vibrant pinks, oranges, golds and creams on 1/8" hardboard this piece is a combination of elements. First the primary design is painted. Next a mixture of paint and gel medium is apllied through hand cut stencils; this creates areas of texture. Next the rhinestones are added, which create unexpected accents. For the final step a coat of varnish is added on top. This preserves the integrity of the embellishments and heightens the intensity of the colors. There is a companion piece available (see above) and the pair may be stacked vertically as well as hung horizontally which makes them easy to place.
