This stunning painting shows the sun setting over the stunning Victoria Falls, on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe. The indigenous Zambian name for the Falls is ‘Mosi-oa-Tunya’ (‘The Smoke that Thunders’). The artist captures both the beauty and the thundering power of the Falls in this beautiful piece.
This item was donated by the local artist (Reverend Banda) and, as per his request, 100% of the money made from this painting will go towards running a local community school for orphans in his shanty town.
