Production Process:
1 Selection of Material
This kind of special leaf can be found on themountain with an altitude of 1495-1950 meters, and only in the Fall season. The leaf has to be complete and fresh.
2 Fermentation
After the preliminary filtration, we put the leaves inside special containers for fermentation. We control their temperature and humidity strictly when do the fermentation, and continuously adjust based on the actual situation.
3 Peeling Mesophyll
After completion of fermentation, technical personnel uses professional tools to take out the green mesophyll layer of leaves, retain their veins and the transparent thin flesh layer. The power and the way of processing is the key. A slight mistake will lead to destruction of veins and white thin flesh layer
4 Smoothing
Through using the professional tools to level up the leaf surface, and to form a thin leather texture. If the temperature and the method have a little mistake. Leaf surface will be burned or damaged and vein ends its life.
5 Production
By using traditional arts and crafts approach, and combined with the special tools. A variety of different patterns are presented on the leaves directly by painting and handwriting.
6 Checking
After final inspection, we eliminate the defective and failed products.
7 Packaging
Separately package based on models and patterns.
