	Flower Seller jan raats (see more by this artist) Occasionally at the Stellenbosch Market, a flower seller presides over her abundance of roses. For my painting, I wanted the pride she exudes to come through, without detracting from the brilliance of the flowers. However, I didn’t think she would look good painted in yellow, pink and red!
