Estuary
Frederic Bender (see more by this artist)
An estuary is the wide part of a river where it nears the sea, allowing fresh and salt water to mix. Worldwide, estuaries are among the most endangered of marine habitats, because they have long served as places of concentrated human population. In “Estuary” I try to express abstractly the fragility of aquatic organisms as humans continue to pollute and destroy coastal areas.
But perhaps you see something altogether different here.
"Estuary" is painted with acrylics on canvas. It is signed and dated (2005) on the back, varnished and framed in black, wood strips.
Unconditional seven-day money-back guarantee, since digital images and monitors can distort colors despite one's best efforts.
