Hand carved wooden fish, created freehand, without patterns. Every year I carve 1-3 fish painted in patriotic colors. This is the first for 2010. Painted in red, white and blue acrylic colors, and then sealed with 4 coats of a high grade, high gloss marine varnish. This will keep the colors from fading even if placed outside. Measures; 22 inches in length, is 12 inches in height, and has a glass blue eye. The gold star symbolizes those who have given their lives to the USA. There is also gold on the navy blue stars located on the body of the fish. Comes with a wire hanger located on the back for easy hanging. The fish is signed, dated, and numbered along with the name by wood burning on the back. An original from DryRiver Carvings~
