Our Earth’s many Rose Gardens – the formal ones with paths are represented in this Intuitive Fine Art design by golden metallic paths to form an even-armed cross, often known as a Celtic Cross! The design is imbued with intricatcy.
As a Needlepoint Artist I believe in pushing the envelope in designs with small details, contrasting colors & setting into frames in a different way than most needlepoint one views. I paint with threads!

Screen Size: 3 inch square set on a diagonal.
Stitch Size: 10 stitches-to-the-inch & a complex design. Threads are pearl cotton & metallic to add sparkle.
Frame Size: Within a burnished golden 9.5 inches wide x 11.5 inches high frame overall – this Rose Garden is suspended by a golden ribbon, as if it were a 'Winning Metal' & displayed over a soft rose background. It is balanced & anchored by a 1 inch diameter golden & dimensional smiling Mr. Sun!
When we recognize nothing could grow without our magnificent life-giving & radiant Sun, richness of Earth’s soil, our Planet’s abundance of Water from rains & snows, nor could we exist without Oxygen, the Air the Divine provides us through plants – we have learned much!
Indeed, it is our Love of the wonderful beauty of this Earth that we create Rose Gardens in a variety of colors, shapes & forms. In this Fine Art, we see an orderly Rose Garden within a complex & intricate design. The roses in this garden are golden, pink, purple, red & apricot with soft green leaves.
Our having artistic items of Nature around us can bind our connection & enjoyment to the out-of-doors, even at times when we cannot be outside or when it is too cold to be outside.
Added to its design to create interest, the vibrations of Earth’s bounty & to add dimension that implies 'Life’s Crossroads' are Crystals & Gemstones to include: Rose Quartz, Fluorite, Garnets, Lapis Lazuli & faux pearls to represent the pearls of the ocean & of life, gold tone beads & glass beads.
This Fine Art would make great conversation piece for one’s office or personal space at work or home as a reminder of Earth’s bounty & beauty!
