This is a hand carved wooden Mahi fish that has been created without using any type of patterns. The fish has been hand painted in watercolors, then sealed with several coats of marine varnish (UV protectant) to protect the colors from fading or damage. Using watercolors allows the natural beauty and grain/knots to show through the colors. Mahi measures an impressive 40 inches long, 12 inches wide, and has a glass fish eye, with golden hints. A wire hanger is located on the backside for hanging on any wall. This fish is signed, dated and numbered as part of DryRiver Carvings.
