Sylvia Seibert Outlaw was born and raised in St. Johns, Michigan. In 1988 she moved to Grandy, North Carolina where she met and married Wilton Calvin Outlaw, a native of Currituck County NC.
In 1993 she started etching pictures on wood plaques and keepsake boxes. In 1997 she painted her first painting on canvas, by request of a couple from Pennsylvania.
She has her work in most of the states and several in countries such as England, South Africa and YES even Cuba. She also has the illusion that one of her wood etchings made it to Heaven, but that is a story for some other time....(She made her true confession on blogspot if you are curious)
Ah a new year and new adventures. She has made a blog, a lens and was accepted into self-representing artists and really proud to be a new member in WWAO. Worldwide Women Artists Online.
2007 just may be really great and exciting!!
