"A Storm Approaching"

"Clouds have been gathering all morning in the distance out over the ocean. As the storm approaches closer and closer, wind tossed waves roll and tumble to shore. Soon the sun will be obscured and hard driven rain will pelt the foam and surf."
Artist Comments: "Some of my best memories are of spending time at the edge of the sea, watching the sky and water as a storm rolls in. In this painting, I wanted to convey the feeling of excitement as I eagerly anticipated the first wind stirring the waves just before the storm unleashed its fury onto the beach and cliffs."
"A Storm Approaching" is a limited edition, giclée print from an original oil painting by Carol Thompson. Edition length is 3600 authorized, signed, limited edition prints (3500 numbered and 100 artist proofs). Prints on paper are signed and numbered by Carol Thompson, include a signed certificate of authenticity, and are shrink wrapped on fome board. Prints on canvas are signed and numbered by Carol Thompson, include a signed certificate of authenticity, and are gallery wrapped (the image is extended or mirrored to wrap around the sides of wooden stretcher bars and stapled to the back) so the print can be displayed framed or unframed. Other products are not signed or numbered unless specifically noted.
