	The Pink Christmas Cat Folk Art Donna Hickerson Acrylic on 3 1/4 x 5 1/4 inch wood plaque protected with satin varnish. The frame is deep royal blue sprinkled with glitter. The back of the plaque is deep royal blue without the glitter. This small original painting looks good displayed on a small decorative easel or plate stand. If you wish to hang it you can attach a plaque ring to the top. This pink cat shows up every Christmas and sits atop the mantel waiting for Santa to come down the chimney. I wonder if the little mouse down in the right corner has noticed he's there? The cat is a medium opaque pink outlined in black. The small Christmas tree is a deep holiday green with cherry red ornaments on the ends and dark blue and light blue ornaments on the front of the tree. The Fireplace is a custard creamy color and the garland is a blend of light and dark greens with cherry red ornaments. The petite oval rug in front of the fireplace is a combination of the deep royal blue and the creamy custard colors. The walls and the floor are a light soft blue. There is green glitter on the tree and the garland and there is red glitter on the flames in the fireplace to add some drama to this whimsical piece of art.
