The gold star represents the ones who have paid the ultimate price with their lives. American Honor measures 25 inches in length, is 12 inches in height and has a glass blue eye. painted in watercolors and acrylics and then sealed in 8 coats of a high gloss, high grade marine varnish. This will protect the colors against damage regardless of where the fish is displayed. The back has the name, number, year and logo along with wire and eye hooks for ease in displaying. the back also has 2 coats of varnish.
