	Santarem Frederick Doar 4 ft x 6 ft Oil on Canvas 2009 On a visit to Manaus, Brazil, I was blown off course by a huge midnight storm and my plane was forced to land in Santarem. I took a taxi into the center of town and toured the small city. This painting is a colorful depiction of the feelings and emotions of being in a small Brazillian town where my presence was cause for surprise among the townspeople. This beautiful painting will be on display at Claremont McKenna College during the 2009 -2010 school year and will be available for delivery in 2010. Item Price  Santarem $7,000.00
