What and where is the New Galleries section?
The New Galleries section shows the newest galleries that have been created on Yessy. The 5 newest galleries are shown on the Yessy home page, and a larger listing of the 20 newest galleries can be found by clicking the "more..." link shown on the Yessy home page.

How can I get my gallery in the New Galleries section?
The first time your gallery contains 5 items, then that gallery will be automatically approved to appear in the New Galleries section. Keep in mind that galleries that are listed as Non-Family Safe or hidden will not appear in the New Galleries section.

Why does my gallery have to have 5 items before it can be listed in the New Gallery section?
Galleries must have at least 5 items so that when they are visited, they will have some content to be viewed. If galleries were listed as soon as they had 1 item, then people visiting those galleries from the New Galleries section wouldn't have much to view.

My gallery has 5 items, but it doesn't seem to be showing up in the New Galleries section; why?
It can take up to an hour or more for your gallery to initially appear in the New Galleries section. Also, keep in mind that your gallery must be Family Safe and none of the 5 items must be hidden.

What if the number of items in my gallery drops below 5; will I still be listed in the New Galleries section?
If the number of items in your gallery drops below 5, then your gallery will be temporarily removed from the New Galleries section. If your number of items reaches 5 again, then your gallery may reappear in the New Galleries section if your gallery hadn't yet been rotated off the New Galleries list.

Must my 5 items be available to purchase in order for my gallery to be in the New Galleries section?
No. Your 5 items do not have to be available to purchase. However, you must have at least 5 items that are visible in your gallery and not hidden.

How long will my gallery stay in the New Galleries section?
The length of time that your gallery will stay in the New Galleries section depends on how fast additional new galleries are created after you. As new galleries are created, your gallery is slowly rotated out of the New Galleries section.

Can my gallery be in the New Galleries section twice?
No. Once your gallery has been in the New Galleries section, it will not be listed again.
