Jason AskewUnveiling ,by HRH Prince Andrew, of The Staffordshire Regiment's tercentenary Painting,2005 .The artist,Jason Askew, is to the right of the photograph.The tercentenary painting was a depiction of Private Wassall,80th regiment,winning the VC at Fugitive's Drift-Zulu War,1879.

om average- an oil painting takes 5 weeks to complete-
40% deposit secures the commission.

2)-“Al Jameat riots"-IRAQ-painting Commissioned by the Coldstream Guards.

3)July 2005 ” Private Wassall winning the VC at Fugitives Drift,Zulu War 1879”- Large Oil Painting (8 feet by 5 feet)-commissioned by the Staffordshire Regiment. Painting unveiled by HRH Prince Andrew,The Duke of York, at the Tercentenary Celebrations for the Staffordshire Regiment, July 2005

4)-March 2005 -Commissioned by the Household Cavalry Museum to paint three oil large oils representing the respective charges of the Life Guards,The Blues and Royals,and the Kings Dragoon guards at Waterloo,1815.

5)-March 2005-Presentation of the painting “the battle of Camerone 1863” to the 2eREP-the Parachute Regiment,FRENCH FOREIGN LEGION, Calvi, Corsica. Painting commissioned by Simon Murray.

6)-January 2005-Commissioned to paint the glider borne landings at Arnhem for the King’s Border Regiment,Carlisle.

7)-2004-Commissioned to paint the Sirmoor Rifles at the siege of Delhi,1857.by the Gurkha Regiment.(2RGR)

8)-2004-Commissioned by the Lancashire and Cumbria Volunteers to paint “A foot patrol in Basra”

9)-2003- A series of twelve paintings of the Anglo-Zulu war,Commissioned by Dr Adrian Greaves of the Anglo-Zulu war Historical society.

10)-2003-Col. Cardigan & Captain Nolan , the charge of the Light Brigade - commissioned by Brian Best of the Victoria Cross Society

11)-2003-”Mossop at Hlobane Mountain” - purchased by James Teacher of “Teachers Whiskey”.
