 I started painting after a friend gave me a set of oil paints for Christmas. She had noticed that I always talked about the fact that my grandmother was an artist. I had never painted before that day. I opened the gift and stayed up all night working on my first canvas.
I am particularly attracted to vivid colors and interesting textures. Lately, I've been working on large abstract pieces, as well as panel sets. I paint almost every day.
My work has been displayed in several galleries and numerous art shows.
