Biography
A picture is a frozen instant of eternity, tranlated to our sensory dimension that permit to return to it at will, and commune again with the spirit of the place, and in the view of the old Chinese wisdom is worth at least a thousand words. At my age of four I was fascinated with the latest invention of that day since the moment it arrived home. It was the Kodak box camera that permitted to look into the miniature stamp size image formed in its screen, and most by its miraculous property of capturing that image. So I was given the privilege of carrying the camera and being its guardian on the family outings, with the specific warning not to touch the little lever that made it tick. But alas, when my 16 year old exuberant looking aunt and I were climbing a little hill, I founf myself in such a position that in one faithful instant I violated all the mandates and like by instinct I pulled the forbidden lever.I knew by observation how to advance the film to the next number under the red window, so my cover-up was successful and only me and the eternal eye in the sky knew of my transgression. But nothing can be occult under the sun. With the bunch arriving from the photo lab there was a perfectly focused picture showing under the skirt of my aunt for all to see that she was not wearing any panties.!! I have been in the pursuit of the image ever since traversing the globe. And I want to share with you because all those instants of our eternity are unique and help to make our short trip through life more enjoyable. My nom the plume Raymond von G is almost like my original one just perhaps less intrusive. No structure more fascinating than the human body or more beautiful specially the female form in it's natural splendor with no artificial opacity. Nothing equal the sensuality, the texture and the exquisite form of a flower be the lily or the rose, the orchid or the forget me not.So I still make pictures by many means of the female form or the rainbows, the flowers or the sunsets or what make more colorful the roads. My images may be also similar to yours, perhaps from diferent angle and it is wonderful to catch them and go to them again and again. They become in our live's book what we call our memoires and pave other roads with color and textures and aromas for other traveling souls.
