 odinel pierre junior has developed an instanly recognizable style
of simplified humans forms with bold outlines.in his most
characteristic work he combines popular imagery from everyday
urban and domestic life,sometimes paired with collages.strong
themes in his work.in each paintings, notions of beauty,ugliness
racism,sexual identity and violence emerge and converge. a
master of several mediums including oil painting,ink,charcoal
and multiple collages processes.his work has been shown in
several exhibitions in florida,plantation museum of art,library
north miami galleries,the design district.mister odinel currently
resides in florida .
my dream is for my art to touch lives,inpires and do good for
mandkind.i'm always researching different parts of history and
taking ideas, i feel that have lots of possibilities and learning
as much as i can from it.i'm trying to deal with present and past
stereotypes in the context of today's society. |
