Dusk - Fall - Suzaka #16 - ??-?-???16?
Oil on unstretched Canvas
My mother used to say that she loved all of us kids equally, and we all knew that she told more convincing lies.
I always try the best I can, but this picture I like a lot better than a lot of my others; I only wish that my camera would take a better photo of it. The colors in this picture sparkle, glow, and surge. Here you can feel both: the night, and Autumn sinking deeper and deeper in. It was painted from the roof of my building's parking garage the day after I went dancing with several girls. I woke up late/ tired this day, and didn't feel like wandering too far/ climbing to the top of an endless mountain as I had the day before.
--- R- The colors in this piece feel like they're dimming down, but are really bright and strong. There is also a lot of shine to the surface - which makes a photograph using a flash impracticle.
I buy the most light resistant/ fade resistant paints, so this should keep it's quality. All you need to do is fit it in a frame and hang it up. All of my pictures are signed and dated on the back, with a small identifying “signature-mark” on the front. This will ship safe - flat (with a sturdy backing) - and insured, in a large weather-proof envelope.
