Fuganji Temple - Suzaka

I'm new to this city. I don't know if or why it's famous, but there always seem to be big tour busses parked right next to this temple complex. Given that, I'm suprised that there aren't so many tourists walking through to this temple. It is really really nice! My old area was famous for its temples, and I liked all those temples, but they had an alltogether different feeling from this one. This one is like love should be: so pretty and so easy!
There is a very distinctive building on the left, which I assume is a guest house of some sort. There's a tower at the top of it - which I'm sorry you can't see here, but later - in another painting... There are 2 large stone lanterns just before the gate and tile roofed stone wall, and 2 more inside the courtyard (only 1 of them visible here). You will be able to discern some very interestingly shaped pine trees - also in the courtyard. The right side of the courtyard is filled up with some sort of hardwood tree. The background - way off behind the temple is mostly all trees too. The wooden gate centered in the foreground, and the temple beyond it are made of well weathered wood. There is a small creek running under the stone bridge at the very front of the picture.

I spent the whole afternoon outside painting a picture of a temple.
I tried to start it the previous week, but the wind blew my easel over + I was sure it would pour within a short while - which it did. (I managed 2 smaller paintings of the mountains hereabouts - one before and one after the rain.)
I went back to the same spot, which was now just a foot and a half behind some parked car. The old lady who owned it gave me some rice on a stick for getting out of her way.
I went back there again the next day + finished it. I would like to give it a title, but I think it would be best if I knew the name of the temple first.
Not 15 yards from the temple, my bike chain jumped off the gear. I tried to petal it back on, but somehow it tied itself in a knot. I doubted anyone would believe that, but I could not get a good picture of it on my phone. I had to yank and pull, flip it over, pedal with my hands, etc. for 30 minutes. Both of my hands were black to the palm. There’s a black cut on my thumb.
The nice old lady that operates this branch of my company says she can get a car for me soon.
This picture has a uniform - subtle glossy sheen to it. You can fit it in a frame, or just prop it up wherever you can. I buy the most light resistent/ fade resistant paints, so this should look the same way for a very long time - for as long as these things do.
