As a seller, it is agreed that you:

• are age 18 or older;
• are the copyright owner or have the proper permissions for any content or images you upload;
• will not upload anything that is not art, such as wedding, vacation, or personal photographs;
• will promptly ship an order as soon as you have accepted the order;
• will provide Yessy with a valid tracking number for each shipment you make;
• will promptly issue refunds when appropriate;
• are responsible for any chargeback's that may occur;
• agree to the fees; and
• agree with the Terms of Service in its entirety.
