	Sterling Lampwork Crystal Earrings Renee Snell Handmade Black & White Glass Beads with 4mm Swarovski Crystals and Sterling Silver Hearts on Sterling Silver Wire with Sterling Silver French Ear Wires. 1 3/4" long. Beads are approx. 13mm x 9mm. These beads are made with a Black Base, then Clear Glass applied and accented with a White Swirl Design. Renée crafts each lampwork bead from Italian Moretti Glass. The beads are made by melting the glass around a steel rod. Each color in a bead is a different color of glass that is melted onto the next color. The beads are then cooled in a kiln, this cooling process, called annealing, makes the beads strong enough to be used in jewelry for everyday wear.
