	Handmade Glass Bead SS Earrings Renee Snell Handmade Transparent Orange Glass Beads with Red Swirls, along with 4mm Swarovski Crystals and Oragne and Turquoise Glass Bead Dangles on Sterling Silver Wire with Sterling Silver French Ear Wires. 1 3/8" long. Beads are approx. 18mm x 10mm. Renée crafts each lampwork bead from Italian Moretti Glass. The beads are made by melting the glass around a steel rod. Each color in a bead is a different color of glass that is melted onto the next color. The beads are then cooled in a kiln, this cooling process, called annealing, makes the beads strong enough to be used in jewelry for everyday wear.
