	Turquoise & Lampwork Necklace Renee Snell This Beautiful Necklace features a Handmade Hollow Lampwork Focal Bead (26mm x 24mm), Two Sizes of Turquoise Beads, 25mm x 18mm and 14mm x 10mm, Black Onyx Wafer Beads (11mm - 5mm), 4mm Swarovski Crystals and Sterling Silver Clasp. This necklace is 17.5". Renée crafts each lampwork glass bead from Italian moretti or stained glass. The beads are made by melting the glass around a steel rod, then slowly cooling the beads in a kiln. This cooling process makes the beads strong enough to be used in jewelry for everyday wear. Each bead is one-of-a-kind which make each jewelry item a wearable piece of art. These glass beads are strong because they have been annealed but they are glass, so care for them like you would any of your precious jewelry pieces.
