About This Series
The Labor of Love Series started many years ago. I have always enjoyed experimenting with color and the contrast that only a clean black frame can give. These pieces are extremely labor intensive taking me up to 5 times the hours it takes me to do the equivalent in a simple abstract. But they are my first love and it is very exciting to me to see a painting come to life as I finish the black framing. My large vibrant abstracts have done very well online and I feel blessed to get to paint for a career. The price is very low when the labor is considered. There are so many paintings to choose from online. But if you are looking for something very special that is painted with love and care, I welcome your purchase.
