Meet The Artist

Jim CoxMuch of my artwork in the mediums of oil, acrylic, and pencil illustration has been inspired by 20 years of living in the Southwestern United States near and among Native American people. I am most noted for me event photography.
My love for art has been lifelong but it wasn't until the year 2002, after receiving a diagnosis of a potentially terminal illness that I began a full commitment to my passion for art, a commitment that I feel helped me survive and overcome that illness.
Five year commit to graduating in 2013 from Academy of Art University in San Francisco with the assists from the University of New Mexico. My degree is "Fine Arts Photography" with a minor in Journalism.
