Registration

What are the advantages of being registered?
There are many advantages to being registered. As a registered user, you can retrieve your entire purchase history, more easily request refunds and cancel orders, pre-fill your checkout forms with your billing and shipping information, create your own gallery to sell your artwork, and much more.

How can I register?
You can register by going to Registration. Simply provide your email address and then a confirmation email will be sent to you with a special link. Once you click on the link provided in the confirmation email, your registration will be confirmed and your registration will then be complete.

I didn't receive the confirmation email when I registered. What now?
To ensure you receive emails from Yessy, add "support@yessy.com" to your address book. Also, make sure your spam settings aren't blocking emails from Yessy. If all else fails, contact your email provider to ask what you need to do to receive emails from Yessy.com. To resend the registration email, simply register again using the same email address and the confirmation email will be sent to you again.

Why did I receive an email that said my email address was already registered?
It is possible that your email address has already been registered. Try signing in with your email address and a password. If you do not know what the password is, you can retrieve the password by going to Forgot Password. If you are unable to sign in with your email address and password, then please send an email to support@yessy.com with a brief description of the problem.
