Biography

Having been influenced by the arts from early on, painting became a means of communication as well as a link to my past. I am a fifth generation artist. Growing up surrounded by artistic expression and an encouraging family, I have been able to develop a unique style, as well as appreciate the great talent of those before me.

Over the years, I have worked continually to shape and re-shape my style and technique. What has evolved is the product of a passion driven desire to create. Lines have appeared in strength, in my work all the way back from childhood. This clean structure has always appealed to my senses. Signature also, is the selection of non-conventional object composition and color. Feeling that the crisp lines secure the works structure allows me the freedom to manipulate objects, giving them a distinctly striking appearance.
